Jun Ik – Spirit
Just like the wind, spirit is something that can be felt, heard, and presenced; it is essential to all of life. It can make you feel good with a soft breeze, destroy your home with the violence of a storm, or simply go unnoticed, invisible and apparently inexistent. As a vital element, it has been […]
There is a hot coal waiting to be burned, a stone that obstructs our vision of the latent potential held within it. Trapped between the temporal extremes of “before” and “after,” we easily become stranded at a single bend in the river, unable to discern where the current originates or where it is carrying us. […]
Acknowledging the transformation we have undergone is accepting that only through what seems like craziness can we achieve flight out of the cave in which we were stuck. Many will not be able to join this journey, and it must be clear that this is not about any single individual or personal crusade—nor is it […]
Freedom is our natural medium, yet we endlessly strive to search for laws that limit it. The laws of physics, time, space, and even the principles of quantum consciousness—described by both Hermeticism and ancestral wisdom—are merely pencil traces. They are far from the living web we think we need to cling to in order to […]
We are conditioned to believe that our nature, our uniqueness, and our freedom constitute an untethered, unlimited space where we get to make our own rules—or, at the very least, navigate with a lax attitude within boundaries we believe we can dictate or are by nature dictated. But this is a fantasy. As we cross […]
