Coming back to mother earth
Diluted this message is in the repetitions of the cycles, days, moons and teachings we have encountered when we walk the path of medicine, of discovery, of apprenticeship and acquisition of wisdom. We are to weave it again, bundle it up, hopefully in a more understandable way, as we enter this thirteen day cycle starting […]
Trecena reading for the Jun K’at, Se Kuetzapallin, the one web, the one lizard. Welcome to the Festival of Corn. Today was both an invitation and a celebration in Rancho Viejo, or “Old Ranch,” the place I would take you for a retreat if you visited these cloud forests of Veracruz. I’ve begun a new […]
¿Cómo podemos atrevernos a […]
Reading for the trecena of Jun B’aatz Infinity is something very hard to comprehend, so much so that we don’t ever really take it into account in our calculations or our perception of how the universe is. A cosmology based on what can be seen and proven is helpful, but it won’t ever be really […]

In november 2025 there will be a festival in my current hometown, Xalapa Veracruz, capital of the state and of the human virtues, where creators, artists, wisdom keepers and dreamers will come together to […]

Reading for the trecena of Jun Tijaax, Se Tekpatl. September 2-14, 2025. Each new cycle, as it repeats itself, tells a similar, resonant story, but it can also be a very new, and different story. The principle of the concretization of consciousness, happening here through something that remains written, and what you can remember, means […]
Coming to this investigation was somewhat of a coincidence, as most things are when you are being led by the sacred spirit. My relationship with Teotihuacan is almost as old as me, and the importance it has in my personal life, as well as in the Mesoamerican world, can go overlooked. For this reason, it […]
