Your inner noise doesn’t let you listen to your heart

The world we live in is very noisy, upticked and purposedly accelerated so that we can no longer hear the spirit. One of the excercises in the lagoon was to go speak to a tree in the forest. That trains us to get to know a consciousness that is not human and also makes us slow down if we wish to hear what the tree has to say. Slowing down our thoughts, our actions, our lives is crucial so that we may get to a space in silence where we may actually hear the spirit, who will then will be speaking our true wishesm, our true desires.

Manifestation will only work when you do it through spirit. And for that you need to simply slow down, stop, be quiet. For a day, a week, a year. Drop your expectations, simply attempt at getting closer to nature and to yourself. Eventually you will listen. If you stop swirling the water, the sediments will settle, then it will be clear.
