Mother of love
The catch of being young is that you grow up, or at least you are supposed to. In this modern world, being apart from the natural cycles, much of us doesn't get to grow up, many of our feelings, skills and attitudes are kept young because, there is a profit to be made. Growing up means becoming skilled, getting good and loving the things you do. Whatever it is. Maybe you have reached or will reach this point in your evolution where you realize that there is no point in doing things you don't like doing, but that if you need to do them, then there is no point in not liking doing them, so you must better learn to like it.
It's shifting from being a son, a kid, to an adult, a parent. You learn to give, fix and produce for others. You love doing what you are good at, and you must do a whole lot of that; and you love doing things that are necessary for you and others, even if they are not as fun, because you love them. This is a crucial skill to learn. Learn to have fun from the small things, from meditating in repetitive tasks, from growing, from facing challenges. When this is learned, nothing ever seems that tough anymore, we are grown, we can now face life without fear of inconfort or unsurmountable challenge. We are up to that, we are bigger than that.
Artsy things may come today.

No manifestation and no quest for freedom breaks you free from cause and effect. Divine is what connects us to the inner realm that we can access, but we have been told is not real and we are kept from accessing it. All particles, atoms, are swinging back and forth from a wave to a particle state, we are at the same time material and ethereal. Being divine is realizing that the limits of what we are, what we can do and what we can be, exist only in our minds. As we have been on the path of this mind expansion, this trecena is here to remind us of the particle state, and that breaking the limits in our minds is not synonymous to breaking the principles of creation. We are still bound by cause and effect, and these thirteen days, especially today and tomorrow, we will experience the effect of a previous cause.
The blessing of the Job Q'aniil nawal is that all that has been invested has gone somewhere. Unlike the fiduciary economy, the energetic cycle of transfer of energies is real, a cause is made and the effects will come. There is gain and exchange, nothing is ever lost. The effect will not be what you expect, and that is what is due. If you are wise to tune to today's energy, you will humble down to understand that we are getting what we have invested, not more or less. The love from creation will maybe then invest in this, but not because we demand it. It is wise to handle its own investment. Our ancestors were wise in asking favors and offering knowing that it may be answered, or not. When it's not, is not because the great mother or apu is mean, but because there are more things to be taken care of that we are from our position are not seeing and accounting for. What today's nawal will reassure us is that no debt will go unpaid, and that we will be seeing what is due. Be surprised, it's not always wealth, troubles are transformations that bring about change, and allowing it consciously and with the energy of the day will turn this problem into your ally. From it, you will get what is due. If you can accept what is given, then you can re-invest.
Due.

This trecena is entirely about receiving what we truly deserve—the direct harvest of what we have worked for, what we have asked for, or the reality of what we have gotten ourselves into. Many missteps can become entangled within the inescapable webs of K'at, and the journey through these thirteen days is fundamentally about untying the knots we have previously bound. Today, with the blessing of the bright star of Venus and the raw power of the nawal, we are granted a precise opportunity to delightfully pay our dues, undo our mistakes, or bring swift awareness to that which desperately needs to be healed.
The solid foundations you have unearthed have brought you to this exact threshold, and mastering the Cholq'ij is one of the key tools you now possess to remain synchronized with time and engage with the magic of Jun B'aatz'. Cleverly, the Mayan elders do not celebrate the true beginning of the cycle until the arrival of the next B'aatz'; this intentional delay grants you the space to fix your affairs, ensuring you can best initiate the cycle during the upcoming celebration.
Faced with temptation, we are constantly lured by the specific fruits of K'at to engage in excessive partying, celebration, and mischief—and today could easily become the absolute climax of that impulse. While some will be consciously cleaning their homes and tending to their altars on time, others will be getting drunk and partying like never before. In this space, the universal currency for everything becomes attention. We often stop genuinely caring about love, about others, or about doing good or bad; all we truly crave is for someone else to grant us their focus. Learning to master the art of not abusing this drive is a lesson brought directly to our awareness on a five Q'anil day like today. If we fail to learn this art, we risk falling into situations that are highly harmful to ourselves and others, placing ourselves in the position of the victim and getting victimized—all because of our instinctual hunger for attention.
We cannot live our lives without others paying attention to us; that is a natural human requirement. The true challenge lies in managing this economy in a fair and balanced way. If you demand too much attention from someone, you will eventually run them completely dry of the internal funds they had allocated for you. The key way to push forward in a balanced economy is order. It doesn't matter if you are in a low economic point, if you learn to proceed with order, you will eventually rise.
The Seed/The Harvest (Q'aniil / Lamat) represents the seed, fertility, the five cardinal points, creation, life, and the physical cycle of regeneration. It is the nawal of the planting process, agriculture, and the realization of our potential, though it can manifest as excessive pride, obsessive over-indulgence, or a deep sense of lack if its energy becomes unbalanced. In its fifth position (Job'), it carries the dynamic frequency of the number five, which introduces the energy of work, effort, internal organization, and the direct application of vital force required to manage a structure. Five represents the hand, the labor, and the conscious action needed to direct raw energy.
To embody Five Q'anil is to master the deliberate cultivation of our internal seeds. The unyielding, structural foundation of yesterday's Deer energy has shifted into a demand for personal effort and organization. Sitting at the dynamic, labor-driven threshold of the number five, this nawal does not allow you to simply sit back and let your life grow wild. It demands that you take responsibility for the emotional and energetic seeds you are actively planting within your relationships. Do not allow a natural hunger for recognition to mutate into a toxic demand that drains the people around you. Use the organizing, fertile lens of today's energy to prune your attention-seeking habits, invest honest effort into clearing your altar, and consciously manage your emotional economy. The field is being prepared today; put in the necessary work to cultivate your seeds with dignity, and ensure your harvest is built on mutual respect rather than energetic depletion.
