The black jaguar
This story is going around in mexica social media, to my knowledge it's found as is nowhere, rather it's a reconstruction of something else, but works. We have two jaguars inside of us, and one is black. The black one is our dark side, and knows all our wrongs, our weaknesses and faults. The other jaguar is the bright, optimistic, loving and caring side of us. They are both necessary, but the black one tends to be the teller of the truth, and the make strong of the other jaguar. This story made me think of writing a book about the dark side of each one of the nawal combinations, it would be called "the wisdom of the shadows" or something like that.
For the time being, today's nawal is perfect for this story and concept. There is always a shadow to everything. That shadow gives definition to what is bright, it makes the light. Today's energy invites us to get in contact with our black jaguar, appreciate him more than society likes to allow. In some people, this jaguar is highly unappreciated, to a point that they deny him and treat him badly. When you do this, it rebels, takes over at a bad moment. Today's energy invites us to this meditation to learn to keep the party going inside of us in peace.

The N'oj trecena is one that is balanced, it brings us back to our cycles and allows us to live through it in an organized and foreseen manner, most of the time. Very seldomly it brings an earthquake, I wouldn't guess this time, let me know if it did to you. As you can see, the challenging part of the twenty Qu'ij'ab cycle, the Tijaax and Kawoq part of the veintena, come early within the N'oj trecena. This means the challenges are brought early on and with a low energy numeral, instead of being overwhelmed by them we are invited to take them as great opportunities. Today we can take the opportunity to learn about and not be taken by surprise by the pendulum.
The pendulum is a name to call a phenomena where naturally in our lives, in our mental universe -the black hole realm we experience that is not quite here in the physical- we tend to imagine, mentally create an opposite of something when we discover that it is wrong or false. It's our minds making the natural oscillation to a polar opposite of something when we dislike or disagree with any given thing. Taken consciously this can help build on the understanding we begun yesterday about the nature of the world we inhabit. It's very spiritual, full of spirits and entities, and guess what, we create them with our minds when we project a polar opposite to something and breathe it life. Consciousness and self-awareness are great disinfectants to our spiritual sphere. If we allow ourselves to realize that something we don't like or is wrong, doesn't necessarily have a complete opposite side, then we will be free from being stalked by this mental entity. This happens in the most subtle of situations in our every day lives and in the greatest spheres in humanity. Pendulums take shape and form, and become institutions, parties and even churches.

Diving into our feelings and flowing with the intelligence of our grounded nature, we are bound to naturally encounter resistance, opposition, and conflict. Just as you settle in for your final hours of sleep, your healing itinerary is abruptly interrupted by unadvertised, noisy construction outside. You could never have planned for it. Now you are thrown off balance; your structural health economy is in trouble.
In the times we are currently navigating, we will constantly see the reflection of this friction within the nawal cycles. The good news is that we are on a course to naturally adjust and shed the systemic nonsense that keeps all living beings in a perpetual state of crisis. We will push through this eschatological crisis because it is in our fundamental nature to thrive. Nature—just like the trajectory of the trecena—is and will always be the ultimate intelligence.
