BB Better
As I was getting a short back rub last night, I thought to myself, I better not get used to this, I want to appreciate this moment, this gift, as the most precious. I don't want to want more, this is so valuable, this is enough. I was trying to teach my body, because it's in the nature of bodies to simply get used to something, good or bad, and then when you don't have it anymore, you are in lack, and I don't want that. I don't want my back hurting the day it doesn't get a rub because it got used to receiving one.
An effort was being put into learning to appreciate what we have and being grateful, the greatest power and feeling there can be, because of the coming of today's nawal lesson. It's not enough, we can be better, we must be better, we need better. It's not really about more, but better. As much as we need the consciousness of being good, of appreciating, enjoying and being thankful for what we have, we need the consciousness of seeing those things that we need to improve on, what is in lack, and how much better so many things could be.
We get taught a lot by gurus about settling for what we have, to try to live and have less, and here I'm trying to draw the nuances. There are many. Of course we want to get away from consumerism and from finding happiness in objects. Having better is not having more plastic and metal, I agree. But what if you make a list of all the things that could be better for you, let's do that as a Toltec exercise. That list could go a long ways because, how do you get rid of for example, one of the things that make my life quite not that good, the electromagnetic pollution that is emanated from towers, cities, satellites and devices? How do we get rid of the environmental devastation that is happening up there in the hill? We do need to see how we can get there, how we can improve that. It is in our hands, we are co-responsible for it. That's not what any money making Guru will tell you, it doesn't sell and it doesn't go well with the agenda.
When we allow ourselves to see and feel powerful enough to make the change, to heal all that is wrong, to make better everything that can be better, we discover many things in our immediate reach that we can start doing. Seeing for our bodies, our minds, our programing and de-programing. That goes a long way. In that we have a lot of power. Through that Toltec training gateway of freeing our minds and bodies, we will free our dear ones as well. We can always be better, says the eagle.

In the path of social justice, of making things right, we will come to the room of mirrors of polarities and dualisms. The mirror of determinism sits in front of the mirror of randomness. Like this, there are many other mirrors that are necessary as points of view, mirrors of view, but that are nothing and go nowhere, they are not gates. One of these facing mirrors is the one that speaks of caring for others and in front of it, caring for yourself. At a glance it seems like we can't do both and that we must one, but they are not gates, they are simply perspectives. Today let's forget about the mirror of helping others and the world and let's turn fully towards the mirror of helping yourself. Since we don't allow ourselves to fully face a perspective, we are always confused by the opposing images. If we look at ourselves head on, we will see many things that need improvement and without it being our focus, we will end up helping others and the world as we help ourselves.
Today's nawal invites us to look integrally at our health and understand that much of what we might have wrong has been caused by keeping a relationship with the entities and worldview of the modern fragmented, criminal and primitive health system. Here the mirrors do become gates, and we must choose one to go into. There is the idea that we can step into both, that we can get the best of both worlds, but this is a deception, a simple lack of vision, a misunderstanding of what is truly happening in the world and what the system really does and means. The worldview that you truly experience will determine how your body will experience its physicality. This is the importance of the Yachay healing we set our focus on in the circle of medicine. Recovering true cognition and stepping out of the world of shadows means bringing back your psychic mental and intellectual powers, which may have been partially or fully lost. Once you set your mind straight you will be able to gear everything around the being that runs it all for you, yourself, your mind, your body. Today, a new perspective sets in to help us reach the goal of integral perception.

Charging energy through yesterday’s dam provides the necessary reserve to undertake today’s take-off run—our career—so that we may finally achieve flight. Today, the horizon stretches backward and forward, encompassing everything we have ever built, dreamed of, envisioned, and prepared for. This is the expansive sight of the Eagle, and under the organic frequency of the number six, this medicine is fully embodied; you can undoubtedly feel this structural shift in your body rather than analyze it in your mind.
Achieving true flight is no simple endeavor. It requires first storing your raw energy and then committing to the acceleration of the runway. Some are fortunate enough to experience a childhood and a home where this preparation is orderly and planned, allowing for a clean launch. Whether this occurs inside or outside of the dominant system, when executed properly, it grants us genuine flight—the actualization of our deepest visions.
Hopefully, your vision is one of a planet defined by prosperity, health, balance, and sovereignty. That is self-evidently not the sky currently occupied by those cruising within the gears of this corporate civilization. Their sky has filled with highly toxic storms; soon, they will be struck by lightning and forced into a catastrophic crash. Many who are not yet in flight have been tirelessly preparing their careers simply to join that failing fleet. Today’s nawal demands that you radically revise this trajectory.
A human life is meant to consist of many flights, varied careers, and even spectacular crashes—do not be surprised by them. We are complex organisms, not linear machines, and wearing the reductive title of a single specialty only erases your wholeness from the equation. As you embrace this fluid complexity, you will land diverse achievements and embody the multifaceted completeness you once dreamed of as a child before you were told it was merely a fantasy. Landing spiritual plenitude means finally aligning with the greater cosmic vision—one that transcends temporal human crises and structural limitations. If you can catch a glimpse of this higher altitude, you will find the exact clues needed to take charge of this long, final career toward your ultimate flight.
The Eagle (Tz'ikin / Men) represents the supreme vision, the cosmic messenger, intuition, prosperity, global consciousness, spiritual elevation, and the bridge between Earth and Sky. It is the nawal of the visionaries, the merchants, the strategists, and those who can rise above the storm to see the whole picture, though it can manifest as emotional distance, greed, escapism, an inability to land projects, or a tendency to look down on others from a position of intellectual pride if its elevated energy becomes ungrounded. In its sixth position (Waqib'), it carries the highly organic, stable, and integrating frequency of the number six. Six represents physical laws, the materialization of spirit, dynamic balance, and the ultimate integration of the five senses with our internal alignment.
To embody Six Tz'ikin is to master the physical integration of your highest vision. The silent reservoir of power contained and dammed by yesterday's Jaguar has transformed today into the soaring momentum of the Eagle, demanding that you use your elevated perspective to navigate your earthly career. Sitting at the balanced, integrating threshold of the number six, this nawal does not tolerate narrow, short-sighted focus, nor does it allow you to get lost in ungrounded spiritual fantasies. It demands that you pull your grandest visions down into your physical body and structure your daily efforts to serve your true, long-term evolution. Do not waste your energy climbing a bankrupt ladder inside a dying matrix. Use the sharp, panoramic sight of the Eagle today to inspect your path, step out of the toxic storms of the status quo, and integrate your spiritual authority with practical, real-world mastery. The winds of destiny are steady and supportive today; spread your wings, integrate your power, and commit to the flight of your life.
