We are conditioned to believe that our nature, our uniqueness, and our freedom constitute an untethered, unlimited space where we get to make our own rules—or, at the very least, navigate with a lax attitude within boundaries we believe we can dictate or are by nature dictated. But this is a fantasy. As we cross the threshold into this new trecena—transcending the previous cycle and bound by the hard limitations of being living, finite entities on a natural and finite planet—we discover a stark truth: our limits are not actually dictated by nature or the cosmos, but rather by what we believe nature, God, and the cosmos to be, and the psychological boundaries those beliefs impose upon us.
What makes us conscious, and by extension intelligent, is the fundamental fact that we are sentient. For this exact purpose, we were issued a physical body, senses, and a centralized, organizing nervous system—our neural network, brain included—whose sole task is to harvest raw data from the surrounding environment so we can function optimally within it. Physical existence on this earthly plane is merely a localized pocket within a larger, higher-dimensional universe that modern cosmologists remain profoundly ignorant of. In this localized pocket, mathematics appear linear, axioms hold true, and things seem to make sense along the coordinates of time and space. While the three dimensions of length, width, and height are highly useful for humans operating on a middle scale, they are absolutely not the true frame of reference for the universe in any of its deeper dimensions.
Due to the very nature of this underlying mathematical cohesion, many phenomena occur that we erroneously attribute to luck, God, magic, or even artificial intelligence. The current cultural obsession with AI is proof of our willingness to believe that an entity possessing complex mathematical computing power is actually conscious. This is a severe logical fallacy born from a total ignorance of the higher, invisible mechanics of this universe—mechanics that ancient civilizations understood, that our ancestors inherited as an extensive cultural legacy, and that indigenous peoples across the globe remain acutely aware of to this day.
To possess consciousness, you must first be sentient—capable of autonomously absorbing organic inputs and data from the living world around you. To do that, you must be alive. True life grants agency, and agency requires autopoiesis: self-creation and self-maintenance. This is something we will never be able to artificially recreate using ingredients outside of those that are naturally, natively autopoietic—namely, carbon- and water-based life forms.
The corporate fantasy of an AI superintelligence and the manufactured “dangers” it poses is nothing more than a marketing myth designed to keep us paralyzed, ensuring that the inflationary bubble of our collective attention keeps flowing directly into the pockets of the oligarchy (refer back to the transmission of Twelve Q’anil). Meanwhile, the true wealth of transcendental intelligence and the actual future of humanity remain hidden in the jungles and within those who dare to write from the shadows, unnoticed by a world unwilling to pay attention.
The core reality is that beyond the sacred fires required to burn away the toxicity of traumatic pasts, parasitic relationships, and limiting identities, there are foundational beliefs we are unavoidably bound to operate under. The Toltec art attempts to dodge anything labeled as a belief, relentlessly chasing direct, first-hand experience as the only valid means of acquiring knowledge and truth. Yet, this too can become a slippery, snaky business that keeps us moving, but ultimately keeps us crawling in the mud of this earth. Believing we can completely escape these frameworks is highly effective for societal control; it is the exact product we are sold to keep us compliant, glued to screens, and marching toward a technocratic AI god promised to solve all our systemic problems.
With the arrival of today’s Jun Tzi trecena, the choice is entirely yours, and no path is inherently broken. You simply choose to be fiercely loyal to whatever blueprint you decide to believe in. Some beliefs will tether you to the mud of what is real, gritty, and profoundly good, guiding you cleanly around the structural boulders that keep you stagnant and steering you toward genuine evolutionary progress. Other beliefs will take you on seemingly cleaner, highly scenic, and comfortable trajectories straight into spiritual oblivion. We are all deeply interconnected; therefore, the collective trajectory of our reality is directly subject to the depth of intelligence you choose to pursue.
The Dog/The Law (Tz’i / Oc) represents spiritual loyalty, divine law, absolute fidelity, guardianship, the unconditional love of the heart, and the cosmic authorities who maintain order and justice across realms. It is the nawal of the lawyers, the spiritual guides, the ancestors, and the path of unyielding integrity, though it can manifest as blind dogmatism, emotional manipulation, fierce jealousy, or a toxic trauma-bond to destructive systems and beliefs if its energy becomes distorted or ungrounded. In its first position (Jun), it carries the raw, initiating, and foundational frequency of the number one. One represents the spark of creation, the birth of a brand-new cycle, the unified source, and the singular determination required to anchor a fresh evolutionary path.
To embody One Tzi is to master the pristine initiation of divine loyalty. The purifying fires of yesterday’s Tooj have completely incinerated the obsolete cycle, demanding that you plant your feet at the absolute beginning of a new trecena and choose where your allegiance truly lies. Sitting at the potent, initiating threshold of the number one, this nawal does not tolerate half-hearted commitments or blind obedience to synthetic gods. It demands that you trace your loyalty back to the organic law of the cosmos, align your heart with what is authentically real, and use your sovereign agency to author a path of absolute integrity. Do not let the digital illusions or the comfortable scripts of a bankrupt culture dictate your direction. Use the sharp, protective, and discerning lens of the Dog today to guard your attention, honor your biological nature, and commit unconditionally to the intelligence that frees your spirit. A new cycle has ignited today; choose your law, anchor your loyalty, and let your heart lead the way.
