Cry.

Shouldn't we have a day assigned to this beautiful part of the process o life? A natural process that started in a retreat and took us through the challenges yesterday should culminate today with a cry, though I know not every one of you will be crying. It's not about doing what the energy of the day cries, literally, but knowing what the energy is like and taking the medicine of the time cycle. If you haven't cried or will not cry today, maybe some sign may appear in your sheets, in your clothes, somewhere that shows what part of your body or your life is crying. We should place special attention to wealth and health today; we might find ourselves worried or busy because of that, no time to come read this. We can take the opportunity to cash in all that negativity and manifest it bodily. If not with tears I recommend an offering or some kind of pledge, something that will catalyze the energy and let the Ahau know you're done with this, it is time, you can't take it anymore.

The land here advanced the day, as I was advancing with the readings, and yesterday showered us with strong rain amidst the dry season. We relaxed, and let go, almost like the earth cried and cleansed us. A day of physical rain, or of a rain of blessings, can also be today. A day to cry and bitch, I would love to have people help me in this workshop to find out the different manifestations of this combination, but no one participates, hey at least you are coming here to read. There's a saying in Bolivia that reads: "wawa que no llora no mama" and means: "baby that doesn't cry, doesn't breastfeed".

Yesterday for me was a day of challenges, the energy felt fraught with misunderstandings and small conflicts. I reached a point at night when I was just so tired and had enough of it all. Enough of long, long cycles and patterns too. Today it's raining here in Australia (a blessed relief after too long without rain). The ferns have softened - they're so thirsty and longing for sustenance from the sky.  This morning I had a dental appointment, and there was so much blood! Sorry if that's too much info, but I find it interesting that it feels aligned with what you write above about a "part of your body or your life is crying". Because I am not crying, but my body was expressing this in another way - a letting go - a feeling of washing away sadness, sickness, old time and its dead patterns. And by the way - I'm totally fine and just taking care of my dental health! But it was a big, somewhat fierce procedure and I'm resting this afternoon, watching the rain, reading, and allowing my more tender emotions (unlocked by the treatment)  to wash through. It's allowing for vulnerability and opening a space that was closed before, and that feels like part of the letting go.

Reposition.

If I could change yesterday's title, with what I know today, I would. I would call it something like "loss", as it turned out, many dear ones had an unexpected loss of funds. Not just that, but the feeling of yesterday was related to that loss and to losses in general. With today we learn that losses are part of life and a necessary but unwilling sacrifice made for our better well being. We are not meant to understand that until today, when the clouds of what yesterday fell from the sky start to form again, getting ready to return us the blessings from the sacrifice.

These two days may get magnified this year as they coincide with the beginning of a February eclipse season. Thanks to globalization and the information being spread in an instant worldwide, eclipses now affect everyone regardless of the eclipse actually happening in their area. Eclipses don't need to be all negative and if we are flowing with the nawals, we should be getting a good head start where, in fact we can expect something good coming from them this year.

To get there today's lesson is about repositioning ourselves for the times to come. This is adaptation. We will begin to find information being spread about a hard truth that was kept from us that is that disease, illness, is not a negative unfortunate event, but the body's natural process to adapt to a new environment. The biggest suppressor to this adaptation and hence detonator of the symptoms is our own rejective mindset to the process and the change coming. The nocebo effect that strikes fear in us each time we feel changes occur in our body. This can be healed, just by doing the yachay mind healing, understanding the truth and accepting that we believed in lies.

Our bodies enter states that we can call healing crisis. Symptoms become acute and we are forced to make changes in our routines and habits. Sometimes they require assistance, many times they just require us to allow the process to unfold. If we can reprogram our minds and from our minds speak to our bodies to what is happening, we should exit the crisis or not even enter it. This phenomena is spoken by today's unique combination and is reflected in all kinds of areas throughout time and the universe. It shows us how time itself (pachamama) works as a self-regulating, self-healing, profilactic-treating conscious body. Let me share one example.

Around this day and age we are entering a new era of increased solar activity, where fluctuations of the electromagnetic field become greater and more violent. At the same time, the current dark enslavers of mankind decide to launch an explosion of electromagnetic contamination in our planet, filling the skies with satellites and the earth with microwave towers. We are forced to spend more time in front of computers and our lives are now ran through machines. The crises were there and will be there, but now thanks to them we might be better suited for a possible near future where the sun really lights the fireworks.
