Buddies
When we first get here we are a boundless fountain of imagination. There is no distinction to what others say is real and what you want to be real. We are the teller of our own story, all there is is our story, we can make it what we want, until... the first reality check, the first human limitation we encounter: we need a buddy.
This is today's story, the story of how we need someone to talk to, some one to share with, someone to reflect our ideas from. This is what grounds us from the complete fantasy, what does somebody else think about our crazy ideas?
How we interpret this for today, will vary. Will you help me know? Are you meeting a special someone today? Is today a reminder of a special person you want to talk to? Will you meet someone new? Will you be all alone and then you are your own buddy? It would be so great to write down the experience.

Everything we've been sharing here, complimentary to everything else that resonates and constructs a liberating understanding, is a way of medicine. By healing the mind, the yachay, we are able to find the words, the ideas and the concepts with which to heal the rest. We are able to open doors to levels of existence we could not fathom before. Reading books, posts like these, hearing teachings from videos and assisting to presential teachings, will all contribute to this yachay healing. Be warned though by today's nawal, that this is just a step, a door that opens, that leads to a path, and that path must be walked in order for this healing to ever fully occur. Here's what most teachers and teachings never teach, because few actually walk that path themselves. They get good at opening doors and selling you entrances, and that's all you've been doing.
Walking the path is getting to that place where the artifice is no more. Winning the battle to evil. I know how many will come up with very good arguments against this postulate, and you are welcome to follow them. With me there is only choice. This door I'm opening here today is the one that makes you question: are you walking the path, or just opening doors?
The mind may think what it wants, the body and the land are the real measure of what is. Surely you've gone to a vision medicine ceremony, hopefully well performed, and it has gone well for you, it has helped you walk the path to the doors you had opened. But let me tell you what's missing. In a setting where the artifice does not rule, there is the community, the land, life in balance, no raping, no war. Outside, the artifice advances and lures the inhabitants of the Yvymarane´y to join them, and for this, medicine and advice is needed. The vision ceremony is carried out and works its charm. When you yourself come from the land of evil, and do a ceremony, you are missing all the teachings that happen before and after the ceremony, all the context. The shaman is not able to speak in the same way to you, you are foreign, you are not part. That's what's missing.
You go back to your land, or your city, feeling great, cleansed, healed, opened. It's all good, right? It's a wonderful day until night sets in again. If you are wise enough, your body speaks and you listen, it's time for medicine again. And here you are, walking in circles, instead of being part of the circle.
Medicine again.

The strings of creation are sometimes more than just entangled; they are knotted. In the exact same manner, the strings of our thoughts, our ideas, and our minds can become severely tied up. Everything in this universe is composed of strings, and strings are inherently made to be stretched. However, this is a high-maintenance creation: if you start something, you had better continue it; if you possess something, you had better use it. This rule applies directly to the body. A computer screen, for instance, can begin to ruin the vision in one eye simply because that eye is forced to stay focused on a single distance for a prolonged period. The muscles that move the crystalline lens become stiff, losing their ability to stretch and adapt to a more distant focal length.
The solution is not eyeglasses; it is massage, exercise, and beyond that, the deep knowledge that everything is alive. A living entity responds to treatment far better than a mechanical part or a machine ever could. Yet, a modern lifestyle, pace, and schedule simply do not allow for the time necessary to take care of our bodies, much less our souls. We find ourselves constantly contracted, entangled within the ever-shrinking spaces of inflation, devaluation, and the highly perfected gears of human capital extraction.
For the body to remain whole and healthy, every single fiber must be carefully tended to, and every physical knot undone. Otherwise, we fall into the pit of cutting things away through surgery and medical intervention—and once that cycle starts, it is incredibly difficult to turn back. For the mind, however, the rules shift. Some entanglements can be gently unmade; every string can be followed through, made visible, and liberated from the rest. Other entanglements are far more severe—they are absolute knots. Sometimes, those knots just need to be cut away entirely. When a river is taking you toward your destination, you will inevitably encounter white-water rapids where it is vastly safer to pull over, get out, and portage your canoe around the danger instead of risking your life in the water. This art of cutting away knots is precisely what today’s nawal begins to teach us. As we attempt to stretch our creation to make it larger, we are invariably stopped by these knots. What do you do then? Do you spend lifetimes trying to disentangle them, or do you cut them off?
Never allow yourself to be stopped by the illusion of "this is impossible." Nothing truly is. There is always a way around any apparent impossibility. While some people are actively undoing knots to expand their universe, others are tying them together to create a comfortable hammock to rest on. What are you doing? Comfort is a warrior's greatest enemy. True warriors do not go out actively looking for discomfort; rather, discomfort naturally finds them simply because they are standing on the front lines of their own evolution. The other knot in the road can also be simple confusion, being too shallow in your understanding of what is happening. Undoing this knot requires to take time, slow down and revise what you truly understand about what you experience, intake and say.
The Path/The Tooth (E' / Eb' / Ee) represents the road, the spiritual journey, destiny, travel, guidance, and the progressive steps of evolution. It is the sacred path of life. In its second position (Kab'), it introduces the frequency of polarity, choice, partnerships, and the direct confrontation between two opposing directions. Two acts as a mirror, forcing you to look at the dual aspects of your journey and decide which road actually leads to expansion.
To embody Two E' is to master the alignment of the journey. When the strings of your life become knotted, they paralyze your movement, turning your path into an obstacle course of stagnation. Sitting at the polarizing threshold of the number two, this energy forces you to evaluate your current trajectory. You must discern whether the knots you encounter are signs to patiently clear the road, or clear indicators that you need to take a completely different route. Stagnation often disguises itself as "staying committed" to a path that has already turned into a dead end. Use the clarifying lens of today's nawal to inspect your steps. Untangle your physical body to restore its mobility, look past the immediate screens blocking your long-term vision, and make a definitive choice between the path of comfortable decay and the path of active, warrior-like transformation. The road is calling; clear the debris and start walking.
