One spirit.
There is but one spirit and that is your death. She is your greatest advisor and is always present. We like to dress her with the clothes of or saboteur, of our addict, of all of our different archetypes, but today she becomes undressed and shows you what is real. In a storm trecena and a storm world, things are not going to play out as you would like them to. The easiest path won't be what is ahead. You can begin to listen to your advisor and get walking, or stay and wait for the tornado to come.
In the middle of the storm, when we are deep in shit, is the best moment to connect to the one spirit; it's when we get to see our own death in the face and listen. There is something you can definitely change, closer than you think, smaller than you would expect—hard of course to do because it requires the re-wiring of your brain and habits—but where lies the key to peace. Everything is at peace when we know what this is and have agreed with ourselves to listen and do what we have to do. It is not a strict "don't do this anymore or you will die. Talk to your death, she is honest and will tell you that is not it. It's just a get walking, get naked kind of thing.
If we are to surface into a new stronger, wiser us from today's lesson, we are ready to be spoken as if anyone, everyone, is a spokesperson for our death. What keeps us from entering next stages of our lives is our own inability to face ourselves and be told what is wrong in us, with us. We are shown and told constantly, we are always given the opportunity to see ourselves in the mirror without the softness of flesh. We cant ask others of this, that would drive them away. Just like spirit, death, is always there, showing; you don't need to search for it or ask for it to come, it is here already.
