Body of Knowledge

Your awareness and memory can only hold so much. The rest is stored in the body, and it knows what to do and when to do it. If we can calm the mind enough, we might be able to listen to what our body wants and needs. And if we persist in this silence, it might guide us on a different path than the one we are currently following.

Our habits and blockages might easily be resolved if we allow the body to have its own mind. Furthermore, we can learn from its mind and discover how learning knowledge by way of the mind is sometimes different from what the wisdom that comes within can tell us. Surely we must embrace this and hence take care of the body in a much better way.

Today we might get a little banged, beat, irritated or hurt. The body says that challenge is part of its growth and strengthening process. There is nothing absolutely "healthy" for us, and today's energy and global situation is the best example of this. The wisdom of the snake teaches our bodies to adapt and strengthen to this, and it's important for the mind to follow, to understand that it's good to avoid pain, irritation and distress, but it's also a good thing to allow ourselves to be exposed to it so that it can strengthen and adapt. If the mind does not accompany this process, then it will not. Body and mind must be one.

Embodiment

For being a snake day, it has been very quiet and peaceful. Today is a day when to finally get something. Bring something that you knew further into embodiment. Transform fully into that peace you always wanted. Knowledge is always the key. You can hold knowledge for decades, and it's not until you embody it, that you can finally have it, bear it. Live up to the knowledge you have, there is so much to advance there.

Cycles are not just circles, they are repetitions, and as so, rhythms and music. The definition of something being alive in nahuatl language is something that has movement, that has a heart, and the word for heart comes from the word movement. So does the word slow. Our mind is always rushing because of its nature to predict things. If left unchecked and without knowledge, as modern education provides, the predictive hallucination will take over and will eventually take the body to starvation or disease. An unbodied mindset it's what lies behind this system that can only exist and profit from destroying bodies.

Through repetition, no matter how many mistakes or how bad a mind is at progress, it will eventually learn. When the cycle is observed as it repeats, it can be felt, knowledge is acquired. Now the mind does not need to anxiously and erroneously predict, we now know what will happen and when and how to perform within the time or cycle given. When knowledge is present, truly understood, we own the treasure of being able to perform in excellence, without hesitation or unnecessary loss of energy. Memory becomes muscular, knowledge is embodied.

Today's advice is, take it slow, if you want to advance. Something that is done in a rush is done badly and must be done again. This is against, of course, the logic behind the demands of an economic system of starvation, imposed on us, where we must deliver more in order to receive the same. But then against this foe too, taking it slow and delivering a better product, should result in a better strategy to meet the demands. When rhythm is embodied, even if we trip and fall, lose and retrocede, knowledge is acquired, and knowledge is priceless. With time you will see.
