Youth

The freedom of not knowing. As young people, we find great joy in exploring on our own, without knowing, without carrying the weight of experience and knowledge. Seen from a mature perspective, it seems stupid and useless, a waste of time. But the time comes when we, as very mature people, choose to also take our attention away from many things, in order to lighten our existence and have more fun.

The energy of ecstasy, intoxication and youth catches us today, and reminds us of its importance. At the same time, it reminds us to walk the line. On the line there is bread, there is gain. We must not ignore or procrastinate what needs to be done, but neither should we sink into doing our duty and move away from doing what we enjoy, and doing things in a fun way. When we walk the line, we can create and feed the world. The two extremes can be equally unproductive, sobriety and intoxication, youth and old age.

Radical sell.

The nawal of today has invited me to explore the concept of prostitution. The female monkey approaches a mature male that is skilled in gathering and stocking fruits. In exchange for her necessary dose, she chooses to give some pleasure, it probably is easier than picking the fruits herself. Honor, pride and staying sacred is always part of the main teaching, yet today invites us into the understanding that sometimes what seems radical, is just natural. We are natural beings with needs and we sell ourselves all the time. Maybe to a great extent this is a core problem in most of humanity, where so many humans choose to sell themselves, not for sexual pleasure, but to genocidal systems, governments, official assassins -police and military- to toxic spreading corporations, you get the idea.

In a complicated and corrupt world, so many choose to survive, and that's not to be judged. We can show a better way, and we better help in building that better way, if we choose to predicate on what is sacred and right. Meanwhile, if you are in a righteous path, you are invited today to be more flexible and see for yourself, that you can eat, have fun, enjoy life, even if it costs a little bit of dignity.

Devotion should not exclude.

True devotion is not fanatism, and it can only exist as devotion when it is not devoid of a pleasure-full life. This teaching is very basic but it is absent from our modern world as it has been dumbed-down and numbed-down to impossible extremes. It is then than in a youthful, playful and fun day like a Job K'at this teaching appears.

De-minded predatorial systems have hijacked human hearts, bodies and minds, and have included in their programing the corrupt edition of sacred ideologies, turning them into fanatisms instead of sincere devotional practices.

In the absence of sincere devotion, the concept is misunderstood and confused with imposed compliance. This is the recipe for absolutist closed systems that are unable to adapt to natural life except through the means of the destruction or incorporation of it. It holds most of our present, but doesn't have a future. As long as we continue to ignore this, we are prone to participate, forced into it. Devotion is the result of plentiful living. It is the immediate product of a satisfied, cared-for and well-nurtured body. Blind practice of devotional rites leads to exclusion, the stigmatization of things that give the body pleasure, or the body and earth itself.

Once this need is nurtured, it's understood, and only through real understanding can it be practicedsomething that is impossible under the rule of people that impose on you fanatical ideologies—. When no rule is imposed, natural law emerges on its own. This is a necessary clarity that will eventually emerge. Meanwhile we might continue to be trapped in the absence of natural order, and continue to live violence and absence. The shift occurs not by external laws, alignments, gods or advents. It's your choice, right now, it is in your hand.
