Hidden fun
I know you do it, c'mon, everyone does. Don't martyr yourself trying to be fully transparent, we aren't, today's nawal will confirm. We like to do things that no one knows about. Many of them are fun because they are about surprise, about hiding, about concealing. The Toltec practice of being impeccable with your words -which I may say is a life-long challenge- takes a new twist here, because there are ways for doing that. Being impeccable means saying the right things, and that they are correct, it doesn't mean say everything you think and reveal everything you feel at once. If we do that, we will walk a short path to misery. We yet don't live in a society guided by love, so we need to beware, take care, distrust and protect ourselves and our loved ones, from giving others too much information.
It's not all about fun, magic too requires knowing what to keep to yourself. Healing others requires saying the right things, seeing that if you tell right away what is wrong to the person, you might just push them into distrusting you; so you need to patiently wait and find the way for that person to come to the answer by themselves, that sure, you could just give them right away, but if they are not ready to see it, they won't, and telling them won't help. Today is a good day to teach and learn about these arts, the art of knowing how to play the music. An example again, you don't just play all the notes at once, even if you know them. Everything comes at its time. Silence and space are important. Concealment, mystery and suspense, part of the music.
