Feel the pain
We must consciously learn to be and act as humans by going, sometimes, in its due measure, against our animal instincts. Our natural reaction to pain is to avoid it at all costs. When it's permanent, constant, it is good to aleviate it, since a persistent presence of it will induce more damage. However, sometimes, no matter what we do, pain comes, because it's here to teach us something.
Like any other being, we must learn to listen to what it has to say, and allow our beings and our souls to fully experience it. It's part of the flesh intense liveliness experience we chose to have. We don't want to leave this world without experiencing everything there is in it, and pain is one of those things. When you learn to allow yourself to feel and experience it, is when it best goes away.
When someone hurts you, curses you, it's because they are in pain. The best way to dissolve the curse is to feel it, feel what that person feels, and even if he doesn't deserve it, embrace him and his pain. Don't make it yours, don't ask it to stay, let it go through your attention and your time.

Taking care of life as a goal and purpose of being alive, you have probably picked up on taking care of yourself, of your body, and in this complex individualistic world, it has been a challenge to not be prayed on by that which is out there. Through a proper alignment of the tonal, a yachay healing, you will find that the path to continue in life is finding that which will make your own health better WITHOUT being constrained. Whatever is taking your freedom, is taking your health. Today's nawal brings us down to earth where we focus on improving that which needs to be improved or worked on so that our own health gets better.
When we get better, then the world can get better with us. We are humbled by lowering or postponing our expectations of where we wish to be and realize where we are. Until we get better here, we won't be getting there. Yet we need to align to a path to get there because it is there where we will reach the plenitude of being completely free, completely well and completely full. If you can live with the pain and humbly work to heal it, align your path to full plenitude and freedom, then every single step will be transformative and healing and will be advancing in your path.

The earth spins faster than what our minds and constructs can keep up with. Civilizations get buried by the shaking and moving of the great snake that is this moving mother. As you set out to make your mind, you might ask yourself what am I to make. If you are asking yourself this, then a huge pile of shit is about to land on you, from which you will have to dig yourself out of.
Damaged microtubules in our cells do not receive the quantum instructions they are supposed to. This lifeless system effectively cuts us off from the super information highway that is out there, guiding our very cells to exactly what we are to do. If you don't have a pile of creative things and healing to do ahead of you, and/or if these things are about mostly "making a living" then this advice is for you. Sooner or later, the shit hits the fan.
We are up to our necks as to how much digging there is to do for our well being and for the re-greening of our human collective. Be it digging into the past, into our cell memory, to bring a fresh new discovery of who we were and who we truly are; or be it digging ourselves out of sedentariness, out of money slavery and out of lack of human sensual pleasureful connection, the pile we have to dig through is huge. Get digging.
Today's nawal piles up neatly the shit we are, have, and have to unbecome; and shows us it is a rich pile of abundant manure. Don't look at it as undesirable, quite the contrary, if you are looking to grow a garden, this is exactly what you could have wished for. Each situation that appears and that you have to integrate into your to-do list, don't take it as a new addition of more things to solve. Use that situation to solve what you had pending, combine, integrate, be creative, be abundant, grow and make more with what you have.
