The healer
Amongst the kids, the natural thing is to want to avoid responsibility and have more fun. That is the mean and the trend, and is natural and healthy. One of the kids however will turn out to be a little more curious than the rest. When the group whilst playing stumbles on something curious, like a dying animal, they will watch, have fun with it and move on. The group quickly changes game, but one of the kids, the curious one, stays to observe what happens with the animal longer.
This path of curiosity eventually leads to greater knowledge and understanding. If the curious kid follows this path, eventually he will come unto the choice to have the responsibility of helping others with his knowledge. Everyone gets to receive the knowledge, the help and the wisdom. And everyone gets empowered on their own path and learns their own responsibility. The kid's path is everyone's path. But for some reason, the sense of responsibility is stronger in the healer. While everyone else is patient in their learning, the healer isn't. He hides and does things so that he has more freedom from others to continue learning and doing what he feels he needs to do. There is an external load placed on him, that at the same time is a hand, a divine hand he has been given.
Today invites to the meditation of this and to honor the healer. Hopefully it will help in easing the egos and knowing that we are all a community, so jealousy and competition are useless. The healer gets thrown shit instead of flowers because he chooses to act differently and to simply do more. This can be changed by healing the mind of jealousy and feeling blessed that there is a healer in your community. The more supportive we are, the better everything will be. Today shall bring balance and rebirth to the body, which in the community of oneself, is too the healer. The body knows that giving to the soul will pay off, will return, so he does that, he sacrifices so that you can do the things you want to do, learn what you want to learn. Today the balance comes back to the body. Will you share how?

Healing is in the path of the human, is the way of the medicine man and woman, we embody our community's experiences and failures and are pushed to grow and heal them. This process of embodying failure as a path to transcendence is now in peace thanks to our Mayan elders, who are here to insufflate us with the wisdom that makes us alive in an animist cosmos. Today is the day to rejoice this peace and the blessings that are with us, what we have, what we know, where we are going. Today's smooth flowing time, balanced weather, space and break in the storm, family gathering, stocked supplies, are here to give us the love and peace we need, and we will channel this blessing to support our own healing. By now we must know: it is a very simple thing that needs fixing, a little habit that needs betterment, but that is the most challenging thing to find a way to change, what is keeping us from the next optimal health state. Take today's blessings to help you with that. Let me gift you an additional one, today's nawal message, which should be taken as one of the many blessings that he brings for you today.
This trecena's snake taught us that stigmatizing any step or bend in the snake's path, any single experience or challenge, any companion or ally, is counterproductive. Everything is a blessing, even the worse things, as they are here to make us elevate into something better. Having evolved with this wisdom you must differentiate when a companion, a medicine, a supporter impairs you or helps you. The line between healthy sacred companion and unhealthy habit can be thin. With growth and evolution, the tendency is to lean more into needing less support from this companion, in order to become stronger. First let's know our place and context. We cannot demand a purist perfectionist reality being that we are a few seconds away from nuclear holocaust and a few minutes away from a ravaged piece of land, human slum, or polluted river. Society is something we are still to discover what is to become, we have sound arguments to see it as failed. There is no human society or community, it's been kidnapped by the artificial matrix. Families and tribes are no longer, we each spend hours looking for connection through a screen. Having some type of plant or beverage companion, has brought you great blessings. It has been there for you when no one else has. In an animist view, this companion is no more or no less than another living being. You have a relationship with it and it can be beautiful.
Growing into a new cycle requires changes. Given the love and recognition it deserves, we must look at our relationship with our companion and judge whether this relationship is keeping other relationships from coming and balance that. We must explore with others and be it with another human or a non human companion, we always have to lovingly go through detachment for everything to be balanced and healthy. The best way to appreciate someone sometimes is by being without him, her or it. The balance is clear today, harness it and bundle it into a solid step for you to elevate into your next niche in the path of the snake.

Bringing our art down to the bare bone of the intangible is to remind ourselves of the living being it truly is. Death is never an absolute end, but a portal—the transition from closure into an entirely new beginning, and that beginning opens today. While every sunrise grants us that opportunity, none accompanies and guides us into this healing transformation quite like 12 Keej. True healing is not about repairing what was broken; it is about stepping fully into a new life—one rich with belonging, love, abundance, peace, and sacred communion with nature. Modern civilization has severed us from the living earth, an estrangement that cannot be patched with superficial remedies; returning to the wild pulse of nature is the only authentic medicine.
Along this threshold, we may find ourselves lingering among the remnants of the old self—the dense material attachments that resist dissolution. We were conditioned to perceive reality as fixed and static, when in truth life is an unbroken genesis. Nothing is finished; everything is continuously being spoken into existence. Guided by the deer, the healers, and the medicine keepers, we are invited to cross into this fluid state of consciousness. Here, nothing is rigidly defined. This is life in its primal potency, and these are the keys to unlock it.
Keej (Deer) represents the deer, the four pillars of the earth, spiritual authority, harmony with nature, physical agility, and the grounded power of the healer. Keej is the nawal of the four cardinal directions, sacred balance, walking between worlds, and the reverence that restores equilibrium between humanity and the natural kingdom. Paired with the integrative, council-oriented frequency of the Number 12—the energy of synthesis, collective wisdom, full life experience, and the gathering of lessons learned throughout a cycle—this sign anchors the profound shifts of the journey to initiate a true renewal.
To embody 12 Keej is to step into your role as a grounded pillar of healing and reconnect your spirit directly to the living earth. Occupying the twelfth position of the Ajmaq trecena, this energy asks you to release the decaying remnants of the past and trust the continuous genesis of your existence. Walk with the quiet grace and sovereign authority of the deer. Honor the medicine of the wild, stand firm on your four pillars, and step boldly into the new reality you are creating.
