Jun I'x - Feminine shift

Half and half: one side can be determined and read; the other is open to be made from the first half. A sign and a trecena set half the setting for the time being; the other half is what you make of it. It's never good to go around half-complete, so we are going to marry the two halves today in this healing reading for the starting Jun I'x trecena, so that we are complete.

Let’s briefly share what many, if not most of you, know about I'x. For those who don’t, it represents the feminine side, as Aaj, the previous sign, represented the masculine. The word Aaj can be translated as “lord,” and I'x as “lady” or “madame.” Added as a prefix to any word, it makes it feminine. The symbol represents the hairs and stains on felines — the jaguar, ocelot, puma, you take your pick. Feline prowess is associated with the feminine arts, the Ixchel goddess, and with the word Ba'la'a'an, “hidden,” associated with Balam, the jaguar. If the masculine is action, the feminine is inaction, awaiting, space. If the masculine is light and visible, the feminine is dark and hidden — the cave, the womb.

The healing today, coming from my half of shining light into this trecena, is about the masculine and feminine principles being one for the other, dependent on the other, complementary and intrinsically relational. One does not exist without the other; thus, they cannot be separated if balance is to be kept. As we may be witnessing in this day and age, we are not quite in balance, as we have fallen prey to those who have effectively perpetrated the dark spell of separation upon us.

The purpose of the circle of medicine has been to heal this. This is not about healing a body or a specific issue. We have to erase this separation to achieve true healing — the healing of our Earth and of humanity. To achieve it, yachay healing is necessary: reading, learning, training, deconstructing and reconstructing our minds and belief systems; our lifestyles, life purposes, life directions, and life missions. If you are not open to this, then you are wasting all the energy you have put into ceremony and plant healing. These are only secondary and complementary to a path of true yachay healing. You know you are on a path of yachay healing when you are open to spirit bringing you whatever transformation is due, and you are not attached to staying in a place, with a name, with an identity, or anything. When you are seeking to come back to your soul, the physical becomes secondary.

Going over all the different ways separation has been perpetrated in our souls, bodies, and minds is part of the content pending in this circle of medicine, for which I summon more minds and hands to help. We need to go through every single one in order to review which spells are still attached to our energetic bodies. The invisible, the nahual, has been separated from the physical by a system that decrees it non-existent because of its own hidden nature, even though every single culture in the past has had extensive ways to relate to and integrate it into physical existence. From these cultures we are separated too, as we identify as commodity-driven individuals and communities, with no liaison to land or ancestors, just looking out for comfort and survival. Finally, in my short list here is the separation of the masculine and feminine — the gender wars in the technocratic agendas, which are nothing more than the evolution of the previous war held by the technocratic empires of the past.

This older war has affected us more; it has been raging for centuries, and we have to be careful to pay attention so as not to fall back into this archetype as a solution to avoiding the new de-gender and trans-gender one. This older archetypal separation is the one we can qualify as “patriarchal” in nature. It starts with mistranslations of the Bible, where woman comes not from the penis of a man (which is biologically true) but from a “rib.” Then come the editions and omissions where, well, men also come from the vagina of women. The Bible itself is a mixture of all kinds of legacies and entities, many of which are not that loving, wise, or healing in nature. Fair enough — all cultures have incorporated a diversity of gods and beings into their pantheons, with the small but big difference that they were transparent about it; they didn’t cover it all under the disguise of “one male true god.”

The symbols in the theocratical empire have fueled specific liturgies that have become embedded in relational traditions in what today we consider a modern overworld culture. Our ideas about love, romanticism, and the institution of marriage are stained by fear, toxicity, and coercion. This has gone so far that we have naturalized it and associate it as part of what makes us “civilized humans,” in comparison to other “uncivilized” ones who practice different ways to love and relate. We pride ourselves on ideas like “loyalty” and “exclusivity,” which do hold value in a predatory society built so that a few have a lot and many have almost nothing (and everyone is sick and messed up). Finding peace within yourself requires taking a look at this and removing this patriarchal entity.

We see, as a result of this, a rise in the awakening or revitalization of the oppressed feminine side in us. With it we see the surge of magic, spiritualism, the occult, and all kinds of ways to expand what once was and has been suppressed — and probably will continue to be suppressed in this new version of the empire that is now technocratic. Ask AI about ley lines and it will tell you that it’s pseudoscientific nonsense. In my channeling I receive the insight that they hold the key to a “technology” or “magic” that has been known before, and that if we were to access it, we could solve all kinds of problems that seem impossible to solve from a naturalist-materialist worldview. Beware: this is the “mind” that governs us today and plans to do so in the future if you — if we — don’t do something about it.

Those who, out of fear, have not dared to jump into the dark waters of spiritual awakening still hear the call of the rise of the feminine. Many young men who are more sensitive and are generationally tired of having to play a “male” social role that casts them as mere manual labor and sees them as insensitive vehicles through which to build this trash civilization are opting for the sadly deceitful options the system gives them to avoid playing that role: be gay, act like you’re gay though you aren’t, be trans, be genderless — whatever label you choose your hairdo to speak. The system is created so that most people stay out of “financial success.” In a traditional male role, where one is supposed to provide and be “successful,” this has become an almost impossible demand. Women within this system are also treated as merchandise, with some nuanced differences.

For them, the system provides two options. One is to ground themselves in the old patriarchal system, where they can still keep some of their feminine advantages and traits. Though here, there aren’t that many “successful men” to marry them, and they probably aren’t good candidates anyway for those “successful men” who seek a “feminine” woman. A great part of their value in the eyes of the traditional man is their looks, which express health — something natural and necessary. But the system is a soup maze of unhealthy foods and lifestyles that finds ways to make many people unhealthy (and unattractive). Orangutans lose their homes so that women can intoxicate their skin with makeup that hides the unhealthy being underneath — or so they are made to think. The other option is to, like men, transcend gender — at least apparently. This, though, occurs mostly among women who were not successful in attracting men’s good attention and intention, often for obvious aesthetic reasons. Full of resentment, unsuccessful men in their traditional role fall into depression and suicide, contrary to what the masculine escape normally is, which is violence. Likewise, resentful, traditionally unsuccessful women fall into hate and violence, or at least an aesthetic representation of it — the opposite of the naturally feminine escape.

Today’s society has no rooms for escape; they are all cells. There are new ones that apparently lead away from the old ones, but they are just the expansion of the prison. We must consider yachay healing to completely steer away from and escape this society and all its malefices if we are to soberly consider any tangible, holistic improvement in our lives that is not just a temporary escapade. Here is where, with today’s beginning trecena, I empower the return of the Native American worldviews, culture, and practice that I believe still hold the keys to healing and overcoming the ongoing crisis. Part of this process is effectively re-alivening a mystically and metaphysically sensitive being that relies on intuition and other non-physical senses for inputs, channels information from the surrounding nahual, and is able to gestate on its own in the darkness without the light of external approval. This we can call the feminine power — and this time, the feminine shift.

For us to be fertile going forward, we must understand that one makes the other; one cannot be and is nothing without the other. The feminine takes in the masculine and gives birth to something new. It is made from it, by it. Being feminine is being able to lovingly take in the masculine input and transform it into something better. There is no leaving out, no difference, no separation if we are to be whole. Beware of hiding in a cave, living only by your magic without caring for the external physical world, what it has to say, and the clues it gives you. If you don’t let the man in, then nothing will change. Here I will spell a shift for a normal I'x reading, which normally is about retreat and waiting. Every once in a while, I'x days are days when the best action occurs. After years of waiting, the jaguar decides to act naturally and achieve its due. With heightened magic, this will be happening this trecena. If you have taken all the lessons each nawal has left us over the past 260 days, you will be complete to begin this cycle of the jaguar with a fertile action that leads to rare success.

¡Aloha!
