BB Better

As I was getting a short back rub last night, I thought to myself, I better not get used to this, I want to appreciate this moment, this gift, as the most precious. I don't want to want more, this is so valuable, this is enough. I was trying to teach my body, because it's in the nature of bodies to simply get used to something, good or bad, and then when you don't have it anymore, you are in lack, and I don't want that. I don't want my back hurting the day it doesn't get a rub because it got used to receiving one.

An effort was being put into learning to appreciate what we have and being grateful, the greatest power and feeling there can be, because of the coming of today's nawal lesson. It's not enough, we can be better, we must be better, we need better. It's not really about more, but better. As much as we need the consciousness of being good, of appreciating, enjoying and being thankful for what we have, we need the consciousness of seeing those things that we need to improve on, what is in lack, and how much better so many things could be.

We get taught a lot by gurus about settling for what we have, to try to live and have less, and here I'm trying to draw the nuances. There are many. Of course we want to get away from consumerism and from finding happiness in objects. Having better is not having more plastic and metal, I agree. But what if you make a list of all the things that could be better for you, let's do that as a Toltec exercise. That list could go a long ways because, how do you get rid of for example, one of the things that make my life quite not that good, the electromagnetic pollution that is emanated from towers, cities, satellites and devices? How do we get rid of the environmental devastation that is happening up there in the hill? We do need to see how we can get there, how we can improve that. It is in our hands, we are co-responsible for it. That's not what any money making Guru will tell you, it doesn't sell and it doesn't go well with the agenda.

When we allow ourselves to see and feel powerful enough to make the change, to heal all that is wrong, to make better everything that can be better, we discover many things in our immediate reach that we can start doing. Seeing for our bodies, our minds, our programing and de-programing. That goes a long way. In that we have a lot of power. Through that Toltec training gateway of freeing our minds and bodies, we will free our dear ones as well. We can always be better, says the eagle.

Check up.

In the path of social justice, of making things right, we will come to the room of mirrors of polarities and dualisms. The mirror of determinism sits in front of the mirror of randomness. Like this, there are many other mirrors that are necessary as points of view, mirrors of view, but that are nothing and go nowhere, they are not gates. One of these facing mirrors is the one that speaks of caring for others and in front of it, caring for yourself. At a glance it seems like we can't do both and that we must one, but they are not gates, they are simply perspectives. Today let's forget about the mirror of helping others and the world and let's turn fully towards the mirror of helping yourself. Since we don't allow ourselves to fully face a perspective, we are always confused by the opposing images. If we look at ourselves head on, we will see many things that need improvement and without it being our focus, we will end up helping others and the world as we help ourselves.

Today's nawal invites us to look integrally at our health and understand that much of what we might have wrong has been caused by keeping a relationship with the entities and worldview of the modern fragmented, criminal and primitive health system. Here the mirrors do become gates, and we must choose one to go into. There is the idea that we can step into both, that we can get the best of both worlds, but this is a deception, a simple lack of vision, a misunderstanding of what is truly happening in the world and what the system really does and means. The worldview that you truly experience will determine how your body will experience its physicality. This is the importance of the Yachay healing we set our focus on in the circle of medicine. Recovering true cognition and stepping out of the world of shadows means bringing back your psychic mental and intellectual powers, which may have been partially or fully lost.  Once you set your mind straight you will be able to gear everything around the being that runs it all for you, yourself, your mind, your body. Today, a new perspective sets in to help us reach the goal of integral perception.

¡Aloha!
