Maturing

When something doesn't go the way we want it, we get mad, sad, and refuse to accept that it's the better way. Nothing will ever be perfect or permanent, rock gets eroded by water and water gets evaporated by everything else. Conflict and obstacles are part of the life cycles, and whatever gets lost or dies comes back down and around to feed you and life on this earth.

Halfway through the trecena, we see more clearly the tenacious and overly sensitive nature of the Aaj, and are faced with the challenge to mature it. Plans change and the moment comes to let go of something. It might be the body, that is asking for a habit to be dropped, so it can heal. Or it can be the challenge to let go of something to accommodate the plans for the best of all.

Internally we are asked to learn to be real mature loving beings, understanding that sitting and crying about something that is painful is not going to be the solution. Being mature and not losing energy to negative and painful situations does not mean we are insensitive and lack empathy. It means we are actually taking care of it and optimizing our energy so that we can bring about a solution. Balancing the Quetzalcoatl and the Tezcatlipoca energies, that's the requirement of the time.

¡Aloha!
