Over
For every single powerful impulse and action, there is an ending to it. Pleasure is at it's greatest when it's almost over. Making it over is necessary for the pleasure to be most pleasurable. Tension and release is the principle behind sexual dynamism, and everything, even the non-biological, is bound by it. Whatever you put your head on yesterday will today come into clarity. To have something come to you, you must know it from the other side, of when it's over, of when you already have it. If you accept it from the ugly, from the bad aspects, then it will come, and it won't come, until you allow yourself to be over with it.

Being on the path of the snake now is going to show us the importance of following our true desires, our earthly needs. Today however, as second lesson, will teach us to not forget to have a full vision of how this will come to be, and to not forget about the higher spirit, the higher desire, of our ancestors and our mother earth. This will be a test and we may well pass it or fail it. The purpose of coming to read this, of writing this, is to channel the teaching of how to pass it. This means the tendency will be to fail. Without conscious guidance and effort, we will fall into our natural habits and to the continuance of the trap of the negative entities that keep us stuck. We will be seeing this in those that have not reached the possibility of receiving this guidance. We will see how their animal selves, their quest for pleasure will control them and how they will loose the chance at elevating beyond and reaching a higher state of being. You however may be able to pass the test. You will still be overwhelmed by your animal needs, and you should listen and follow them. But you can keep in mind the direction and the right thought, the right spirit, the balance between the two polarities that will want to drag you into their battle. If you have set your path straight, if you know where you are going and what you want, then you will be fine. Many others I know are still into that deliberation. They quite don't understand that we are here to do something more than just live, eat and sleep. Those who choose the path of spirit will be saved by spirit. They will fall for the desires, the pleasure, the eating and mating, but they will push through. Those who don't have contact today with the spirit of the ancestors, who listen, may find something unpleasant coming to them.

Something comes to interrupt us in the heat of the moment. It is like those instances when you are deep in the middle of sex and a humorous thought, a beautiful memory, or a funny event suddenly breaks the flow. Instead of regretting it, we laugh and appreciate it; it is a sign of genuine connection. The Snake trecena begins with such intensity—filled with action and perhaps even health challenges—but this momentum is suddenly frozen and brought to peace by today’s Death nawal. Again, this is not a regrettable interruption, but a pleasant one.
The flow is broken to make space for an old, ancient friend: a master, a teacher, a wise spirit, a profound message. It arrives to remind us that our physical existence is always ready to come to a halt to make room for something larger and more sacred. The body understands that there are moments so holy that organic life must learn to grow around them and adapt. Whether it is a fast, a retreat, plant medicine, or a vigil, these pauses may be unexpected—but life must stop and hold its breath to allow the mind to receive the message.
This nawal acts as a "divine pause button." In a world that demands constant movement and productivity, the interruption of "Death" is actually an act of mercy. It is the silence between the notes that allows the music to exist.
To embrace this interruption is to recognize that we are not just machines of action, but vessels for wisdom. When the "Snake" of our daily intensity is stilled, we aren't losing time; we are gaining depth. Do not fight the stillness today. Whether it comes through a sudden change of plans or a physical need to rest, treat it as a visit from a beloved teacher. The message being whispered in this silence is more important than any task you were about to complete. True power lies in the ability to stop when the sacred demands your attention.
