Most trouble comes from wanting others to do the right thing, be reciprocal; we are a community and we must all participate equally in our wellbeing. It's troubling to realize there is really nothing you can do about your son or daughter going the wrong way, fucking is/her life up and even fucking yours. In the same sense you can't expect to be pleasured by your partner fully, he/she can help, but it's really up to you to make yourself cum. The full domain of your power embraces you and touches others, you can only make yourself do things or not do them, but we can't ever really force and sometimes not even help another. Same for healing, the healer is just hands and knowledge available to support your own process, and only you decide when you heal. Today invites us to let go of the expectation and the troubles that come from it. If you can do that, you'll find freedom without comparison. The other side of this coin is forgetting about the community and not trying to make yourself available to others because you are so self empowered.
